Our Leadership
Rajib Ranjan Borah
Rajib focuses on business strategy, trading, risk management, and internal processes. He is a sought-after speaker at global algorithmic trading conferences, with experience at renowned organizations like Bloomberg, Optiver, and Oracle. Rajib represented India at the World Puzzle Championship and was a top 24 finalist at the Indian National Biology Olympiad. He also serves as a finance faculty member at IIM Ahmedabad. Rajib holds a B.E. in Computer Engineering from NIT Surathkal and a PGDM from IIM Calcutta.

Guarav Raizada
He is our trading and fund management expert, has a strong background in system management, performance improvement, and strategy development. He is a chess master and formerly excelled in banking treasury trading at Veritas Software. Gaurav also serves as a visiting faculty member at IIM Ahmedabad. He is academically accomplished with a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kanpur and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Lucknow.

Sameer Kumar
Sameer leads the machine learning and technology research, where he personally engineered our revolutionary OMS from gounds up, ensuring institutional-grade performance at every level.
With valuable experience from Yahoo! building large-scale distributed systems, he brings proven expertise in handling massive data volumes and complex infrastructure. He also delivers guest lectures on machine learning and computer science at prestigious IITs
Sameer holds a Master's degree in Economics & Information Systems from BITS Pilani.
Anil Kumar
At iRage, Anil managed multiple trading strategies, designed firm-wide risk and compliance processes, and currently focuses on building trading analytic tools. With prior experience as an independent commodities trader and senior Analyst at TCG's Private Equity fund and Lehman Brothers, Anil holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kanpur and a PGDM from IIM Lucknow.
Nitesh Khandelwal
Nitesh brings a wealth of experience in the financial markets, with a diverse background in various asset classes and roles. Before assuming the role of CEO at QuantInsti™, he served as the business leader at iRage.His past experience includes working in bank treasury, with a focus on foreign exchange and interest rate domains, as well as contributing to a proprietary trading desk. Nitesh holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur and a PGDM from IIM Lucknow.
Vivek Bajaj
Vivek, Director of Kredent Enterprises, is a former trader with extensive experience managing large trading teams. He actively contributes to the Indian Derivatives Market, oversees Kredent Academy, and works on the popular financial market app, StockEdge. He's a respected speaker at institutions like IIT and IIMs, and holds qualifications as a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, with a PGDM from IIM Indore.
